Handover arrangements

How continuity of provision of the Services will be achieved during exit.

Hand-over of the different elements of the Services, including sequence and indicative timescales.

Identifying training and knowledge transfer to be provided by Service Provider.

Identifying key personnel to manage the exit.

Providing data for and assisting with test runs of new systems.

Executing and performing all reasonably necessary acts, deeds and documents to enable implementation and completion of the matters contained in the Exit Plan.
