Information Collection

Details of the information relating to exit that needs to be collated and provided by the Service Provider during the Contract Period and upon its termination or expiry.  Such information is likely to include:

workforce information;

details of third party contracts;

asset registers;

other rights and/assets, information and knowledge required for the continued provision of the Services.
