6.4  Authority Title Warranty

6.4.1  In respect of [  ]154 each Site the Authority warrants to the Contractor on terms set out in Part 1 of Schedule 15 (Title Matters), provided that no inaccuracies or omissions in such information shall be capable of giving rise to an Authority Default;

6.4.2  In respect of [ ]155 of each Site the Authority warrants that there are no Adverse Rights.

154  This warranty is to relate only to those areas of each Site where the Contractor is to carry out new build works. How these areas are to be defined in the PA is to be determined.

155  This is to refer to the parts of each Site comprising Rented Refurbished Dwellings.
