12.1  Contractor's Representative

The Contractor shall employ a representative, the identity of whom will be subject to the prior approval of the Authority (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), to act as the Contractor's Representative in connection with the carrying out of the [Initial Refurbishment] Works, the provision of the Services and generally in connection with this Agreement.  The name and address of the Contractor's Representative shall, at all times, be made known to the Authority by the Contractor as shall a telephone number on which the Contractor's Representative or his delegate can be contacted twenty four (24) hours a day.
