20.10  Deemed Refurbishment Completion177

Where by the Planned Refurbishment Completion Date a Certificate of Availability Rented (Full Standard) shall not have been issued in relation to a Dwelling as a consequence of a Refurbishment Works or Services Denial Event a Certificate of Availability Rented (Full Standard) shall be issued notwithstanding that the relevant Availability Standard shall not have been achieved.
