30.11  Costs from the Contractor Admission Agreement

The costs of the Authority necessarily and reasonably incurred in connection with the Contractor Admission Agreement and/or of obtaining the necessary certification of comparability in accordance with clause 30.7.1(d) (Contractor Scheme) shall be borne by the Contractor.
