30.13  Pension Issues on Expiry or termination

The Contractor shall (and shall procure that each relevant sub-contractor shall):

30.13.1  maintain such documents and information as will be reasonably required to manage the pension rights of and aspects of any onward transfer of any person engaged or employed by the Contractor or any sub-contractor in the provision of the Services on the expiry or termination of this Agreement (including without limitation identification of the Eligible Employees);

30.13.2  promptly provide to the Authority such documents and information mentioned in clause 30.13.1 (Pension Issues on Expiry or Termination) which the Authority or the Administering Authority may reasonably request in advance of the expiry or termination of this Agreement; and

30.13.3  fully co-operate (and procure that the trustees of the Contractor's Scheme shall fully co-operate) with the reasonable requests of the Authority or the Administering Authority relating to any administrative tasks necessary to deal with the pension rights of and aspects of any onward transfer of any person engaged or employed by the Contractor or any sub-contractor in the provision of the Services on the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
