31.2 Conduct of Staff
Whilst engaged at the Sites the Contractor shall and shall procure that any sub-contractor shall comply with the Authority's Policies relating to the conduct of staff and security arrangements. The Authority (acting reasonably) may:
31.2.1 instruct the Contractor that disciplinary action is taken against any employee of the Contractor or any sub-contractor involved in the provision of the Services (in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment of the employee concerned) where such employee misconducts himself or is incompetent or negligent in his duties (in which case the Authority shall co-operate with any disciplinary proceedings and shall be advised in writing of the outcome); or
31.2.2 where the Authority has reasonable grounds for considering that the presence or conduct of an employee at any location relevant to the performance of the Services is undesirable, require the exclusion of the relevant employee from the relevant location(s).
