32.6  Further Assurance by the Contractor

The Contractor shall, and shall procure that each sub-contractor shall (and shall further use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any other third party shall), if and when necessary as required by the Authority and at the Authority's expense, sign, execute and do all such documents, acts and things as the Authority may reasonably require to fully and effectively enable the Authority to obtain the benefit of the licences (including the right to grant sub-licences) granted under or pursuant to clause 32.3(Licences and Assignments from the Contractor to the Authority).
