32.8  Back-up and Security Obligations

The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor's Intellectual Property Rights and third party Intellectual Property rights in documentation or electronic form is copied and back-up copies are kept and maintained at a location remote from the place where any such data, know-how, information or materials is used at such times as shall accord with Good Industry Practice. The Contractor shall further ensure it has in place and operates in accordance with appropriate security, data backup and disaster recovery procedures and plans which, at a minimum, comply with the Authority's requirements set out in the [IT Output Specification].
