42.4  Payment

The Force Majeure Termination Sum payable pursuant to this clause 42 (Compensation on Termination for Force Majeure) and clause 59 (Risks that become Uninsurable) shall be determined and paid in accordance with clauses 48 (Miscellaneous Compensation Provisions) and 49 (Method of Payment).
