263  Clauses 55.1.1 and 55.1.2 deal with the Contract and Project Documents themselves and clause 55.1.3 deals with the provision of other information.  In each case confidential provisions or materials can, subject to footnote 255 below, be specified by agreement in a schedule (see definition of Commercially Sensitive Information).
