2.  Calculation of the Net Monthly Payment

2.1.  The Contractor will receive payment of the Unitary Charge being the amount calculated in accordance with this paragraph 2.

2.2.  The Net Monthly Unitary Payment for each Contract Month (n) shall be:

The Gross Monthly Unitary Charge for the Contract Month (n)

Less

Total Deductions calculated in respect of the previous month, namely:

The Aggregate Unavailability Deductions (if any)

The Aggregate Performance Deductions (if any)

The Reporting Failure Deduction (if any)

Leaseholder Recovered Monies (if any)

Authority Alternative Accommodation Deduction (if any)

Plus

The Pass Through Costs (if any)

The CNDT Compensation (if any)
