Repeated Unavailability Ratchet
3.26. The Repeated Unavailability Ratchet that will be applied to the Unavailability Deductions as per paragraphs 3.15 to 3.20 is calculated with reference to the following table:

The Repeated Unavailability Ratchet (RUR) is calculated as:
