Sub-Standard Performance Points
4.11. The total number of Sub-Standard Performance points accrued from Key Performance Indicators for all Monthly and Quarterly Key Performance Indicators shall be calculated in accordance with the Tables in Part VII. The Key Performance Indicators are included within Category of Housing Management Performance.
4.12. The Total Monthly Sub-Standard Performance Points for each individual Monthly Key Performance Indicator in Contract Month (n) shall be aggregated to calculate the Total Monthly Sub-Standard Performance Points.
