Schedule 25 Change Protocol

Local Partnerships have updated the model form change protocol for Housing PFI projects with the help of Addleshaw Goddard Solicitors. This drafting has been approved by PUK as fully compliant with SoPC 4 requirements and should be used in conjunction with all Local Partnerships procurement packs and model PFI contracts subject to the following:

Separate change protocols have been developed for street lighting using this drafting as a base, and for waste and BSF schools schemes using the December 2007 drafting as a base. The model form street lighting change protocol has been published on Local Partnerships' web site as part of the street lighting procurement pack and model documentation.
