7.  Authority Input

Should for whatever reason the Authority require the elements of the Works required following any revocation or termination of a Tenant Waiver(s) to be carried out to any particular Dwelling, subject to an Access Refusal Event, Tenant Waiver Event or a Decant Refusal Event to be completed in addition to the [number] annually due to be carried out under the Access Refusal and Tenant Waiver Waiting List procedure, then a Pass Through Cost of £[number] (indexed) per Dwelling will be required to be paid by the Authority to the Contractor.
