2. The Supply of Properties
2.1 The Authority will provide a maximum of [number] Dwellings at any particular time during the Phase Works Period if they are needed by the Contractor to Decant households. This need will be limited to grounds of vulnerability of the Tenant or a member of his or her household considered with reference to the scope of Works required, or if health and safety is threatened. The Contractor will be sole arbiter of health and safety risk.
2.2 The Authority will make available throughout the [Initial Refurbishment] Works Period [number] dwellings (Permanent Rolling Decant Dwellings) of a maximum bedroom size of [number] within or as close to the Project Area.
2.3 In the event of the Contractor no longer needing any permanent Rolling Decant Dwelling, it will notify the Authority and, if it is a Dwelling within the Project Area, make it Available to Availability Standard Rental (Full) number and make the dwelling available for reletting within [number] Business Days of the vacation of the dwelling by the last Decanted household (subject to their being no claim against the Tenant in connection with Tenant Damage or Third Party Damage in which case the Tenant Damaged and Third Party Damage Protocol will be followed as to the period in which the dwelling is to be available for letting).
2.4 If the Contractor identifies a need for Decant dwellings additional to the [number] Permanent Rolling Decant Dwellings it will provide 30 Business Days notice for each additional Dwelling (the additional [number] Dwellings are termed Additional Decant Dwellings) of the bedroom size and location required. These dwellings will not necessarily be within or close to the Project area.
2.5 The Authority will use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Additional Decant Dwellings (up to a maximum of [number] further on top of the [number] Permanent Rolling Decant Dwellings - a maximum of [number] in total) of the desired type and location within 30 Business Days.
