1.5 Precedence of Documentation
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the body of this Agreement and the Schedules, or between any of the Schedules, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority:
1.5.1 the body of this Agreement;
1.5.2 Schedule 1 (Output Specification);
1.5.3 the Schedules, the Appendices [and the Annexes] (excluding Schedule 1 (Output Specification) and Schedule 2 (Contractor's Proposals));
