8.4  Wayleaves

The Authority grants to the Contractor the right to the free and uninterrupted passage and running of gas, [grouped heating system mains], water, electricity, telephone, television, video, audio, fax, electronic mail, data, information, communications and other services or supplies to and from and through the pipes, conduits, wires, cables, laser optical fibres, data or impulse transmission, communication or reception systems and other conducting media that are now or may during the term of this Agreement be in or under or over the Properties for the purposes only of the Project.
