9.1  Consultation with Tenants

Before commencing the Works and throughout the carrying out of the Works the Contractor shall comply with the arrangements for consultation with the Tenants and other residents of the Dwellings affected thereby in accordance with the Output Specification, Contractor's Proposals and all Legislation and Guidance.
