During the carrying out of the [Initial Refurbishment] Works the Contractor shall and shall procure that the Building Contractor and its sub-contractors shall comply with the [Initial Refurbishment] Works procedures contained in Schedule 19 (Works Procedures).

170 Parts 1 (Non HRA) and 2 (HRA Refurbishments) of Schedule 19 (Work Procedures) contain some specimen drafting for obligations for the Contractor to comply with for respectively non-HRA and HRA projects.  However, these may not be mutually exclusive.
