13.  Site Meetings

The Contractor shall procure that representatives of the Authority are afforded an opportunity to attend site meetings relating to the [Initial Refurbishment] Works and (whether or not such representatives have attended) that a copy of the minutes of site meetings is promptly supplied to the Authority.
