14.1  Obligation to Finalise Design

The Contractor shall develop and finalise the design and specification of the [Initial Refurbishment] Works in accordance with the Design and Construction Plan and the Authority may review the Reviewable Design Data in accordance with the Review Procedure and the provisions of this clause.
