14.4  Approved RDD

With effect from the date on which any item of Reviewable Design Data is or becomes an Approved RDD Item in accordance with the Review Procedure, the Contractor may proceed with the construction of the relevant part or parts of the [Initial Refurbishment] Works (subject to the need to submit any associated Reviewable Design Data to review) in accordance with that Approved RDD Item.
