15.1  Works Change

Either Party may request a change to the [Initial Refurbishment] Works in accordance with the Change Protocol and in the case of a change to the [Initial Refurbishment] Works required as a result of a Change in Law only the provisions of clause 52 (Change in Law) shall apply.
