18.6  Third Party Rights

Subject to clause 6.4 (Authority Title Warranty), the Contractor shall observe and comply with any third party rights (including public rights) which may exist from time to time in respect of land comprising and adjoining the [Project Sites/Dwellings/Properties], and the Contractor shall ensure that the Works and/or Services are carried out in such a way as not to interfere with access to and use and occupation of public or private roads or footpaths by any person who is entitled to any such access, use or occupation.
