20.8  Issue of Certificate of Availability

20.8.1  subject to clauses 20.6 (Self Certification of Works) and 20.7 (Issue of Certificate) the Contractor may at any time issue a Certificate of Availability in respect of a Dwelling stating the date on which the relevant Availability Standards have been met by such Dwelling.

20.8.2  Notwithstanding the issue of a Certificate of Availability a Dwelling may (at any time thereafter) become Unavailable for the purposes of Schedule 4 (Payment and Performance Mechanism).
