20.11  Subsequent Works to Dwellings183

The Contractor shall carry out the [Initial Refurbishment] Works to achieve the Availability Standards (Full) in relation to a Dwelling referred to in clause 20.10 (Deemed Refurbishment Completion) in accordance with the Access Protocol.
