22.5  Authority Protocols

22.5.1  The Contractor shall, in undertaking the Services, adopt and fully comply with the Access Protocol, the Tenant Waiver Protocol and (where relevant) the Decant Protocol.

22.5.2  In the event that the Contractor becomes aware of a Refurbishment Works or Services Denial Event the Contractor shall immediately upon becoming so aware notify the Authority of this fact.
