25.2  Costs

The properly incurred costs of the Contractor of any additional or alternative services provided to the Authority under clause 25.1 (Additional or Alternative Services) or any revenue lost by the Contractor shall be borne by the Authority and paid against the Contractor's invoice in accordance with clause 33 (Payment Provisions).  The Contractor shall be put in a position no better no worse than it would have been in had the Emergency not occurred, if such costs are not agreed, the matter shall be referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure
