The Authority and the Contractor shall each comply with their respective obligations in the Allocations and Nominations Protocol.

201 The Authority may wish to specify rent levels in dwellings in non‑HRA prospects where the Contractor owns and operates the Dwellings.  Some specimen drafting is contained in Annex 1, clause 3 (Authority's Protocol).  Schedule C of Annex 1 (Output Specification) also contains a specimen nomination procedure for such projects.
