31.4  Refusal of Admission

The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to the Sites any person, employed or engaged by the Contractor or a sub-contractor, whose admission would, in the opinion of the Authority, present a risk to themselves or an Authority Related Party, Tenant or Leaseholder or property, and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for such refusal.
