31.5 Decision to Refuse Admission
The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused admission to the Sites pursuant to clause 31.4 (Refusal of Admission) shall be final and conclusive. If the Authority declines to give reasons and/or where reasons given are found to be unreasonable for exercising its rights under clauses 31.3 (Admission to the Sites) and clause 31.4 (Refusal of Admission) and clause 31.6 (Removal from Sites), the Authority shall indemnify the Contractor and keep the Contractor indemnified from and against any injury, claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) and or damage suffered or incurred by the Contractor, provided that the Contractor or the relevant sub-contractors has used its reasonable endeavours to re-deploy that person elsewhere and/or to mitigate the claim.
