41.1  Final Survey

No later than the date [eighteen (18)] months prior to the Expiry Date, the Authority shall be entitled to carry out or procure the carrying out of a final survey of the [Dwellings][Properties] to assess whether they have been and are being maintained by the Contractor in accordance with its obligations under clause 23.1 (Maintenance).
