48.4  Certificate of Senior Lenders

The Authority shall be entitled to rely on the certificate of the Agent as conclusive as to the amount of the Base Senior Debt Termination Amount or the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount outstanding at any relevant time.  The receipt by the Agent of the Base Senior Debt Termination Amount or the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount or elements thereof (as relevant) shall discharge the Authority's obligation to pay such sums to the Contractor.259
