52.8  Postponement of Planned [Services Commencement] [Refurbishment Completion] Date

Any relevant planned [Services Commencement] [Refurbishment Completion] Date shall be postponed by such period as is agreed in accordance with clause 52.3 (Parties to Discuss) or determined under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
