55.6  Information about Service Users

Where the Contractor, in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, is provided with information relating to Service Users, the Contractor shall not disclose or make use of any such information otherwise than for the purpose for which it was provided, unless the Contractor has obtained the prior written consent of that Service User and has obtained the prior written consent of the Authority.273
