56.6  Notification of Claims

Where either party (the Indemnified Party) wishes to make a claim under this Agreement against the other (the Indemnifying Party), in relation to a claim made against it by a third party (Third Party Claim) the Indemnified Party shall give notice of the relevant claim as soon as reasonably practicable setting out full particulars of the claim.
