60.3  Adjudication

Without prejudice to clause 60.2 (Consultation) above, either party may give the other notice of intention to refer the dispute to adjudication and the adjudicator shall be selected in accordance with clause 60.4 (Identity of Adjudicator) (the Adjudicator).
