60.20  Costs

Where the [Building] [Refurbishment] Contractor or the Housing Management Contractor or the Responsive Repairs and Cyclical Maintenance and Renewal Contractor makes submissions in any reference before:

60.20.1  the Adjudicator, the Adjudicator's costs of such reference shall be borne as the Adjudicator shall specify, or in default, one-third (1/3) by the Authority and two-thirds (2/3) by the Contractor; and

60.20.2  the Arbitrator, the costs of the arbitration shall be in the discretion of the Arbitrator.
