74.3 Maintenance of Records
The Contractor shall maintain or shall procure that the following are maintained:
74.3.1 a full record of all incidents relating to health, safety and security which occur during the term of the Agreement; and
74.3.2 full records of all maintenance procedures carried out during the term of the Agreement,
and the Contractor shall have the items referred to in clauses 74.3.1 (Maintenance of Records) and 74.3.2 (Maintenance of Records) available for inspection by the Authority upon reasonable notice, and shall present a report of them to the Authority as and when requested from time to time.
