Authority Alternative Accommodation

3.33. Where a Dwelling has become Unavailable and the Contractor has failed, within the relevant Proposal Period to offer the Tenant or Leaseholder any Suitable Alternative Accommodation pursuant to paragraph 3.26 and where the parties acting reasonably have agreed that it will not be possible to make remedy the Unavailability of the Dwelling within 24 hours of either the Contractor having failed to make an offer to the Tenant or Leaseholder of Suitable Alternative Accommodation within the relevant Proposal Period or the Tenant or Leaseholder refusing to accept any Alternative Accommodation offered to it on the grounds set out in paragraph 3.27, the Authority shall be entitled (but not bound) to take such steps or procure the taking of such steps as are necessary to find its own Suitable Alternative Accommodation.
