Unavailability Monitoring Report

3.35.  The Unavailability Monitoring Report to be submitted each Contract Month shall contain the following information:

3.35.1.  a summary assessment of all notifications of circumstances constituting Unavailability during the relevant Contract Month;

3.35.2.  a description of all events of Unavailability during the relevant Contract Month including:

(a)  the total number of Dwellings which were Unavailable (including Consequential Unavailability) and a summary by totals only of the reasons for the Unavailability;

(b)  in relation to Dwellings which will be the subject of an Unavailability Deduction, the duration of the relevant Unavailability, its cause and, where such Unavailability continues, the likely date for it to be remedied; and

(c)  any other factors that the Contractor acting reasonably shall consider relevant

3.35.3.  a calculation of the Unavailability Deductions applying to the Contract Month.
