Continuous Sub-standard Performance

4.14.  Where the Contractor has continuously recorded Sub-Standard Performance for individual Monthly and Quarterly Key Performance Indicators a Performance Ratchet shall be applied to the number of Sub-Standard Performance Points recorded for an individual Key Performance Indicator.

4.15.  The Performance Ratchet shall be applied to each Key Performance Indicator in accordance with the following table:

4.16.  The Performance Ratchet shall be reset to 1 in the Measurement Period whereby no Sub-Standard Performance Points are recorded in respect of an individual Key Performance Indicator.
