Performance Reports

4.18.  The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Performance Reporting Timetable in submitting a Performance Monitoring Report for each Contract Month to the Authority. The Performance Monitoring Report must contain the following:

(a)  the actual performance against each Key Performance Indicator that is measured in the relevant Measurement Period;

(b)  the Performance Deductions that equate to the Aggregate Performance Deduction for the Contract Month calculated in accordance with this part IV; and

(c)  any corrections to the Performance Monitoring Report submitted in the previous Contract Month

4.19.  In addition the Contractor shall supply such information on performance of the Services as shall be required to comply with the Output Specification in accordance with the timetable outlined in the Output Specification.
