Part VI - LIMITATIONS ON DEDUCTIONS

This section sets out those circumstances where the Contractor's financial liability under the payment mechanism is capped. The circumstances are an overall annual cap limited to the Unitary Charge, a cap on Performance Deductions acknowledging the Contractor's ability to pass performance risk to the Housing Management main sub-contractor and a monthly cash flow cap in the event that the Contractor is not in a position to make a payment to the Authority.
