2.  Ownership Of Properties

2.1  Subject to the Leaseholder Leases and Tenancy Agreements the Authority has sufficient unencumbered legal title or interest in the Dwellings and/or Properties to permit the Contractor to carry out the Works and/or Services without the interference of any third party claiming title to or the benefit of any encumbrance over the Dwellings or Properties.
