Local Partnerships have updated this model form Change Protocol for Housing PFI projects in May 2011 to accommodate recent changes to the Best Value regime. This Change Protocol was originally developed with the help of Addleshaw Goddard Solicitors and has been approved by Partnerships UK as fully compliant with SoPC 4 requirements. It should be used in conjunction with the related Local Partnerships Procurement Pack and model PFI contract.
