1.  Application Of Decant Protocol

This Protocol generally applies to Dwellings to which [Initial Refurbishment] Works are undertaken during the Initial Refurbishment Works Period.  It is not intended that Decant will be necessary during the Cyclical Maintenance and Renewal Works phase.  Should it be subsequently agreed by both parties that Decant of a Dwelling is necessary during the Cyclical Maintenance and Renewal Works then Decant Protocol will apply.
